First Day Cik Laa training SL1M

Assalamualaikum dan Selamat Pagi Semua Blogger,

Hari nihh Sis Dilaa nak cerita, First Day kat company baru area Sungai Merab.. Actually, Sis bukan kerja tetap, tapi ongoing training. Kerajaan ada lancarkan satu skim nihh yang dipanggil SL1M atau nama panjang nyer adalah Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia. Iyea lahh, bukan sekadar BR1M, PR1MA jerr yang boleh bantu rakyat, SL1M pun bantu graduan ijazah untuk mencari pengalaman bekerja supaya mereka dapat memahami dunia pekerjaan yang sebenar.

Okay lah, tentang SL1M nihh nanti Sis update dekat entry lain okay..hihi

Company yang Sis training nihh adalah salah sebuah anak syarikat Khazanah, biasa dengar kan nama tu.. Company nihh one of the Certificate Bodies yang ada di Malaysia serta berasa di bawah Jabatan Standard Malaysia atau DSM..

First day Sis training, dua-dua bos Sis tiada kat pejabat sebab dia orang ada kerja audit kat luar negeri.. Sis kena la berusaha untuk menyesuaikan diri tanpa bos.. Dalam pejabat tu ada 5 orang pekerja termasuk Sis dan dua bos tu.. Lagi 2 orang tu ialah Kak Ain dan Kak Ifa.. Kakak dua tu sebenarnya beza 3 tahun je dengan Sis, tetapi sebab hormat mereka dah lama kerja situ, Sis panggil jelahh Kakak ea..

Meja dan Komputer sendiri yang sis cerita tadi..hihi


Lepas Sis duduk jer kat meja Sis tu, itu lahh kali pertama Sis merasa suasana pejabat biarpun tak ramai staff. Ada meja, kerusi dan computer sendiri..hihihi.. Baru je duduk, Sis dah dapat surat cinta sebanyak 3 helai daripada bos Sis.. Nak tahu apa yang ada dalam surat cinta tu?

Kejap lagi Sis sambung lagi entry Sis okay?

Nak makan malam lepas tu solat Isyak dulu..

SL1M TRAINING WITH MAHB

TRAINING WITH MALAYSIA AIRPORTS

The SL1M-MAHB training program was developed to increase graduate marketability and employability. A collaboration between Malaysia Airports and the Malaysian Government, the program is designed to alleviate the unemployment rate among graduates.

The SL1M-MAHB programme has comprehensive classroom training and on-the-job training in various airport business functions, spread over an 6-month period.



Requirements

Degree holder in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Aerospace), Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance Airport Management, IT, Computer Science, Tourism or Corporate Communications.

Posses CGPA of 2.50 and above.
Unemployed upon graduation or less than 1 year of working experience.
Self motivated, strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Duration of training: 6 months

SKIM LATIHAN 1 MALAYSIA (SL1M) DI SIME DARBY


OBJECTIVE
The objective of the programme is to enhance the employability of graduates in securing a job upon completion of the training scheme.

BACKGROUND
Skim Latihan 1Malaysia (SL1M) program was launched on 1st June 2011. It is a training program aims to help the young graduates who are still unemployed to enhance their marketability with appropriate skills, knowledge and working experiences throughout the training process in order to increase the possibility in advancing their career in the future.

This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program was regulated by Economic Planning Unit, Prime Minister’s Department (EPU, PMD) with collaboration and active involvement from Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) and private sectors whereby the training cost was fully sponsored by the companies. As a token of appreciation, the participating companies are allowed to claim either Double Tax Deduction Incentive or HRDF-SL1M incentive after the program ends.

SL1M TARGET GROUP
Graduates who are unemployed
Graduates who are underemployed (where qualification does not match with employment and/or salary)
Priorities to be given to the underprivileged graduates from poor family background or rural areas

Trainee will undergo Soft-Skills and On-The-Job Training with participating company to sharpen his confident level while exposure will be given in real working industries environment. The duration of the training is depending on company’s needs with a maximum period of 12 months.

  • Soft-Skills Training: 2 Months (Monthly allowance: minimum of RM 1,000)

On-Job-Training : (minimum for 6 months and maximum for 10 months)(Monthly allowance: minimum of RM 1,000)

Job Placement
Participants are to be assisted by their attachment companies to secure a job before the end of the programme
